All the pics and video from SeeSee's Showdeo. She spent a fun week at Resident Horse Camp and learned a lot about horses! There are a lot of her posing with Boo, her horse for the week, but then you can choose your favorite and take a guess at SeeSee's. :)
Actual Showdeo. SeeSee's ride starts at about 4:20 in.
After threatening for years to take the kids, we loaded up the girls and finally made it to Enchanted Forest. Great day to go...cool, damp, easter Sunday = no traffic and no crowds!
Entering the land of enchantment
The hole Alice falls into
The Little Old Lady in the Shoe slide
It was Selah's idea to go in. She was not a fan!
Enchanted Forest has Storybook Lane, Tofteville Western Town and Old European Village to explore. It also has a few rides.
Ice Mountain Bobsled Roller Coaster
This is what it looks like from the outside (Eliza and Selah are in the last car):

(Note: when they say, "Say Hi to Mom and Dad" that's where I was filming the tame version up above. :) )
There was also the Big Timber Log Ride. Eliza was the only one brave enough to get wet with me.
In addition to attractions and rides, there was also entertainment. We saw the show Snow White and the Seven Dorks and listened to Possibly Irish.
Awesome time, if a little cold. And it gives Eliza a taste of amusement park before Disneyland later this week. :) Now to plot the rest of Spring Break!
Here is the video of Selah's showcase. She was part of the Star Wars Character class. They were originally going to put together a video production, but due to show rehearsals and our last minute snow storm causing another class delay, they just would not have had time to record and edit. So they changed up the script and last Tuesday they recorded the audio portion and then Thursday they rehearsed. Not bad for 2 days work!!
Here are some pics from the performance:
Watch it, Flyboy!
After the showcase, the Storm Troopers hung around for photos.
